Guesthouse Rules & Terms of Stay<\/strong><\/p>

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take note of the following important information.<\/p>

Deposit<\/strong><\/p>

A 50% deposit or 1-night accommodation rate (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your reservation. Payments can be made via the Nightsbridge website using Paybridge and will be confirmed by email.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
\u2022 Non-arrival: No refund
\u2022 If we rebook your room: 10% handling fee applies
\u2022 Less than 1 week\u2019s notice: No refund
\u2022 1\u20132 weeks\u2019 notice: 25% refund
\u2022 2\u20134 weeks\u2019 notice: 50% refund
\u2022 4 weeks or more: 10% handling fee<\/p>

Booking Requirements<\/strong>
Once the booking is confirmed, the accommodation requires a copy of the guest\u2019s ID and a completed online information and indemnity form.<\/p>

No Viewings Allowed<\/strong>
Please note that no prior viewing of the unit is allowed.<\/p>

Stay at Own Risk<\/strong>
Guests stay at their own risk. The accommodation, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or deaths.<\/p>

Loss or Theft<\/strong>
The accommodation is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen items.<\/p>

Responsible Use of Property<\/strong>
Guests must use the premises responsibly and follow all safety rules. Any damages are the guest\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>

Guest Indemnity<\/strong>
Guests indemnify and hold the accommodation harmless from any claims, damages, or costs.<\/p>

Acceptance of Terms<\/strong>
By staying, guests fully accept these terms.<\/p>

Curfew<\/strong>
All guests must return by 23:30. After this, the doors are locked. Please speak to management for exceptions.<\/p>

Behaviour Expectations<\/strong>
A friendly, professional environment is maintained. Rude or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated.<\/p>

Accessibility Notice<\/strong>
The unit is only accessible via stairs and may not suit elderly or disabled guests.<\/p>

Linen Provided<\/strong>
Bedding, towels, and swimming towels are provided.<\/p>

No Visitors, Minors, or Pets<\/strong>
No visitors, persons under 18, or pets are allowed.<\/p>

Cleanliness<\/strong>
Guests must maintain cleanliness and leave the unit as they found it.<\/p>

Breakages<\/strong>
Breakages will be charged at replacement cost, as outlined in the indemnity form.<\/p>

Smoking Policy<\/strong>
Smoking is not allowed inside. The outdoor veranda may be used.<\/p>

Shower Only<\/strong>
The unit has a shower only. The bath is not in use due to water conservation.<\/p>

Alcohol & Behaviour Policy<\/strong>
Guests may bring their own drinks and enjoy in moderation. No violence, drugs, or excessive drinking. Music off by 20:30.<\/p>

Swimming Pool Access<\/strong>
The pool is available during the day at guests\u2019 own risk.<\/p>

No Braai Facilities<\/strong>
There are no braai facilities. Restaurants and takeaways are 1.5 km away.<\/p>

Dirty Dishes<\/strong>
No dishwashing facilities in-unit. Place dirty dishes in the basket by the glass door. They\u2019ll be washed and returned.<\/p>

Ironing<\/strong>
Request an iron and ironing board in advance \u2013 it will be placed outside the glass door.<\/p>

Unit Cleaning for Longer Stays<\/strong>
For stays longer than 2 days, cleaning takes place on Mon, Wed, and Fri when guests are out. Please secure valuables.<\/p>

Extra Bedroom Option<\/strong>
